Houses in our Parish have become unaffordable for many members of our community. Families, children of residents and key workers who want to live locally are now in no position to do so. Our ambition is to create small-scale, locally led developments. By creating affordable homes for those who would otherwise be forced to leave our community, we can preserve the vibrancy and character of East Bergholt.
